Install in 3 steps

1. Connect your watch. Install FWF Live on your Android phone, keep Bluetooth on, and open the app. If the top banner says the watch app is missing, tap it once to install FWF Live on your Wear OS watch. Google Play automatically includes the supported league for your Play country.
2. Choose your team. Buy or restore your team watch face and tap Install on my watch. Keep the devices connected until confirmation. Internet is required for downloads, but the watch can use the phone’s connection and does not need its own Wi-Fi.
3. Open the face. If it does not open automatically, touch and hold the current watch face, swipe to FWF Live, and select it. You can then send a custom message from the phone. The optional live-data subscription is purchased once and works with every team face you own.

Privacy Policy

Who we are and what this policy covers

BE Engineering (“we”, “us”) provides FWF Live, including its Android and iPhone apps, Wear OS and Apple Watch experiences, football team panels, live football service, and related features. The Android package name is studio.vahap.azimuth01 and the Apple bundle identifier is com.fwflive.app. This policy also covers the local-only watch faces listed under Other Watch Faces.

Information kept on your phone and watch

• Your selected team, custom watch-face message, app language, and goal-celebration preference are stored locally.
• Your custom message and preferences move between your paired phone and watch through Google Wear Data Layer. We do not receive them on our servers.
• The watch keeps a rolling local diagnostic record of up to 80 match-state events. It may include a fixture identifier, event time, whether the screen was active or idle, notification-permission state, and whether a celebration opened. It contains no account, name, contact details, advertising identifier, or precise location. The paired phone can request this report from the watch for troubleshooting.
• Steps, heart rate, battery, weather, alarm, and similar complication data are supplied by Wear OS providers and remain on the device. We do not send or store this information on our servers.

Information processed when live features are used

Requests for fixtures, standings, match details, and live status reach our service on Cloudflare. The request identifies the requested team or competition and may include ordinary network and security metadata such as IP address, request time, route, response status, and technical client information. We do not create user accounts or build individual viewing profiles from these requests.

Technical Worker logs are used for security, reliability, and fault diagnosis and, where enabled, are retained for no more than seven days. Match, fixture, standing, and event records stored by our service describe football matches, not individual users.

When you buy a team panel or use an FWF Live subscription, the Android app sends the product identifier, product type, and Google Play purchase token to our service. The Apple app sends Apple’s cryptographically signed StoreKit transaction. Google Play or Apple may provide a transaction or order identifier, subscription status, environment, and expiry time. This data does not include payment-card or bank details. We use it only to verify and restore entitlements, unlock purchased features, apply refunds and cancellations, and prevent abuse.

Goal notifications

FWF Live uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). Google may create a Firebase installation identifier, app-instance identifier, and registration token and process the team topic selected by the watch to deliver messages. Our backend sends messages to public team topics and does not receive or store individual device registration tokens. Goal notifications and celebrations can be disabled at any time.

Crash and stability diagnostics

Release versions use Firebase Crashlytics to detect crashes and improve stability. Crashlytics may process crash logs, stack traces, relevant app and device state, app version, device model, operating-system information, and a Firebase or Crashlytics installation identifier. We do not attach your team choice, custom watch-face message, account details, advertising identifier, or precise location to these reports. Crashlytics data is encrypted in transit and is generally retained by Firebase for 90 days.

Why we process information

We process the limited information above to provide requested match features, deliver team notifications, secure and maintain the service, diagnose failures, and comply with legal obligations. Where applicable, these activities rely on performing the requested digital service, our legitimate interest in operating it securely, and your permission for optional notifications.

Service providers

• Cloudflare hosts and protects the live-data service.
• Google Wear OS and Wear Data Layer connect the phone and watch and provide system complications.
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers team-topic notifications.
• Google Firebase Crashlytics processes crash and stability diagnostics for release versions.
• SportMonks supplies football match data to our backend. It receives server-side data requests, not your custom message or local preferences.
• Google Play processes installation, licensing, purchases, and refunds under Google’s own terms and privacy policy.
• Apple App Store and StoreKit process Apple-platform installation, purchases, subscriptions, restorations, cancellations, and refunds under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.

We do not sell personal data, show advertising, use advertising SDKs, or use behavioral analytics in FWF Live. Crashlytics is used only for crash and stability diagnostics.

Retention and deletion

Local preferences remain until they are replaced, app data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled. Diagnostic entries are automatically overwritten after 80 entries and are removed when watch-app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. We do not maintain an FWF user account or a server-side profile requiring an account-deletion process.

Cloudflare technical logs, where enabled, are retained for up to seven days. Aggregated football data may be retained for service operation and historical match presentation because it is not linked to an individual user.

Firebase Crashlytics reports are generally retained for 90 days under Firebase service policies.

Purchase-verification records may be retained while an entitlement remains valid and afterward for as long as reasonably needed for refunds, cancellations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Where permitted, you may request deletion of these records at vahapunlu@gmail.com; information required by law or payment-record obligations may be retained.

Requesting data deletion

Email vahapunlu@gmail.com with the subject “FWF Live data deletion request” and include your Google Play order identifier or Apple transaction identifier so we can match the request. After verification, we delete or irreversibly anonymize the purchase token or signed-transaction record, order or transaction identifier, and associated entitlement record. Security logs are automatically removed within seven days. Limited transaction information may be retained for as long as required for refunds, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal record-keeping duties.

Security and international processing

We use encrypted HTTPS connections and limit processing to what is needed for the service. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours under their contractual and legal safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may disable notifications, change teams, clear app data, or uninstall the apps. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to personal-data processing and to complain to a data-protection authority. Because we do not operate accounts or server-side user profiles, we may not be able to connect ordinary technical logs to you without additional information.

Children

FWF Live is a general-audience football personalization product and is not directed to children below the minimum digital-consent age in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Policy changes

We will publish changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes affecting how personal information is processed will be communicated more prominently where reasonably possible.

Service Terms

The service

FWF Live combines football watch faces and team panels with online fixtures, standings, match events, live scores, match-day status, and optional goal notifications. Some features require a compatible Android phone or iPhone, Wear OS watch or Apple Watch, relevant platform services, internet connection, supported competition, and current app version.

Live-data timing and accuracy

Football data comes from third-party providers and can be delayed, incomplete, corrected, abandoned, or unavailable. A score or event may change after it first appears, including after VAR or official review. FWF Live is a fan-information and personalization product; it is not an official match record and must not be relied on for betting, financial decisions, emergency use, or any purpose requiring guaranteed real-time accuracy. Check an official competition or club source when accuracy is critical.

Supported teams, competitions, and features

Coverage depends on data-provider access, technical compatibility, rights, scheduling, and service capacity. We may add, remove, or change teams, competitions, presentation, or supporting features for a valid technical, legal, security, provider, or operational reason. We will not materially reduce paid functionality without considering applicable consumer rights and, where reasonably possible, providing notice.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to the applicable store’s payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund processes. Auto-renewable subscriptions continue until cancelled in the applicable store account. A purchase grants a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on compatible devices associated with your account. It does not transfer ownership of the software, football data, club marks, or other intellectual property. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Updates and compatibility

Android, iOS, Wear OS, watchOS, Google and Apple services, and device manufacturers may change their platforms. We may provide updates needed for security, compatibility, data integrity, or continued operation. Failure to install a notified necessary update may affect features for reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee support for every device, operating-system version, or third-party service indefinitely.

Your use of FWF Live

You are responsible for custom text placed on your own watch and must not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, probe protected systems, automate abusive request volumes, bypass access controls, redistribute protected football data, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly allows it.

Suspension or end of service

We may restrict abusive access and may discontinue an online feature or the live service for a genuine legal, security, provider, technical, or commercial reason. Where reasonably possible, we will give advance notice of a permanent material discontinuation. Installed local functionality may remain available where technically possible. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Independent product

Unless expressly stated, FWF Live is not endorsed by or affiliated with any club, league, federation, or device manufacturer. Club names and other marks belong to their respective owners.

Liability and consumer law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by ordinary service delay, third-party data error, provider outage, unsupported hardware, or misuse of the app. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or mandatory consumer protections. If local law gives you stronger rights, those rights prevail.

Changes and contact
